Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges beyond this period. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition in which you received it.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:

  • Items not returned in their original condition.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by PRIMO Online, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 1- 3 working days for the transaction to reflect.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You'll receive a gift voucher for the value of the return.
  • Once the return is received and processed, the voucher will be emailed to you.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over R250. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
