How do I pay?

The Inqaku Shop uses the Pay@ payment platform. When you proceed to payment, you will see a link that will take you to the Pay@ portal where you will be able to choose one of several payment options including banking apps or card options. You could also pay at a retailer.

Can I pay at a retail store?

You can pay at any of the following retail stores by providing the unique Pay@ reference number associated with your order and that will appear on the payment screen. Retail stores that support Pay@:

  • Ackermans
  • Game
  • Makro
  • Builders
  • Flash
  • Kazang
  • Shoprite
  • Checkers
  • Spar
  • Pick n Pay
  • Rhino Cash and Carry
  • Boxer

How do I proceed after payment?

When you make payment, we are immediately notified by Pay@ and the order status will change to Processing. You will receive an SMS confirmation that payment has been received. You can track the progress of the order through the Order History page. The receiver of the delivery will receive delivery status notifications.

How long do I have to make payment?

You have 24 hours to make payment after clicking Proceed to payment. If you do not make payment within this time, the payment reference will become invalid and you will have to initiate the order process again. The items will remain in your cart.

Why have the quantities of items in my cart changed or become out of stock?

If you have added items to your cart, the quantities may change if other customers purchase the same items before you complete your order.
